Abstract: The study titled: The Impunity in Sudanese Legislations and its Impact on Crimınal Procedure. The study aims: to knowing about immunity cases in Sudanese legislation, the immunity impact on the criminal procedure, how to remedy these impacts and to knowing the cases of immunity expiration. The study included: the concept of the immunity and the history of it in Sudan and types of immunities and individuals covered by immunity, provisions of laws relating to immunity, the immunity impact on the criminal procedure and cases of absence and procedures for lifting them. A descriptive analytical method has been used to reach the study objectives.

The study concluded some findings and several proposals. The most important one: the immunity is very important legal principle to protecting the job, the Immunity prevents people from achieving equality before the law, impede the application of the rule of law. The most important results of the study: Restricting immunity according to strict controls, criminalizing the process of exploiting immunity with severe penalties and granting the power to raise immunity to the Public Prosecution only
